Valencia are reportedly considering a renewed pursuit of Nigerian striker Umar Sadiq in the upcoming January transfer window as they seek to solve their ongoing goalscoring struggles in La Liga. The club, currently just above the relegation zone on goal difference with 10 points, is looking for a proven forward to boost their attacking options, and Sadiq remains a top target.
Sadiq, 28, previously spent time on loan at Valencia last season, scoring five goals in 16 league appearances. However, Valencia and Real Sociedad were unable to agree on a permanent transfer.
