The wife of Anambra State Governor, Nonye Soludo, has reiterated the administration’s commitment to delivering quality and inclusive education for every child in the state, regardless of background.
She made the remarks on Monday after Anambra State was named Best Branch of the Year 2024 at the 65th National Conference of the Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN), held in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The event brought together science educators, researchers, policymakers, and young innovators from across the country.
Mrs. Soludo noted that the recognition reflects the state government’s ongoing investments in education, especially in science and technology. According to her, Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration is intentional about ensuring that no child in Anambra is deprived of opportunities to learn and excel.
“Our vision is simple — every Anambra child deserves the chance to achieve their dreams through the classroom. Winning this award confirms that we are on the right track,” she stated.
She congratulated the Anambra STAN branch for their outstanding performance, describing the award as a testament to the state’s strong educational policies and commitment to nurturing future leaders.
With continuous reforms, Anambra positions itself as a leading hub for quality education in Nigeria.
