MILO Nigeria has announced a major partnership with a group of prominent local creators and community influencers in a move to deepen the brand’s commitment to child nutrition and physical well-being across the nation. The initiative aims to leverage authentic local voices and community ties to promote a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
The partnerships were unveiled at a signing ceremony at the Nestlé head office in Lagos. Gilbert Tweneboah-Koduah, Category Manager for Beverages at Nestlé Nigeria, emphasized the brand’s focus on inclusivity, stating, “This partnership reflects our dedication to ensuring that every Nigerian child experiences the nourishment, energy and possibilities that MILO represents.”
Ambassador Lineup
The collaboration brings together influential figures whose values align with MILO’s mission. The new ambassadors include:
- Ahmed Musa: Nigerian professional footballer and youth role model.
- Mansurah Isah: Actress, filmmaker, humanitarian, and social impact advocate.
- Ali Jita: Songwriter and musician.
- Sulaiman Yahaya (Bosho): Kannywood actor and comedian.
- Anita Asuoha (Real Warri Pikin): Comedian who renewed her contract with the MILO family.
Speaking at the event, Ahmed Musa highlighted MILO’s significant community impact, particularly in Northern Nigeria, saying he is excited to use his platform to inspire more children. Mansurah Isah noted her deep respect for the brand after witnessing the high level of hygiene and quality checks maintained during the MILO production process.
The initiative celebrates MILO’s role in daily family life, building on Nestlé Nigeria’s 62-year legacy of consistently delivering high-quality, nutritious food and beverages to consumers.
