Nigerian gospel singer and Nollywood soundtrack voice, Onos Brisibi, has died at the age of 55 after a prolonged illness.
Her death was announced by veteran actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, who described her as a devoted Christian and gifted vocalist whose music impacted many lives.
Brisibi was known for her powerful vocals featured in Nollywood classics like Domitilla and Blood Money, where her music helped shape some of the industry’s most memorable moments.
Born on November 20, 1970, she was widely respected for her contributions to gospel music and her role in elevating Nollywood soundtracks.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah, her mother, siblings, and members of her church community at LoveWorld Ministries.
