The FCT High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has adjourned the alleged assault and battery case involving Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, to April 8, 2026.
The matter was scheduled for trial, but proceedings could not go on due to ongoing renovations in the courtroom. Counsel to the claimant, Uchenna Ojembe, and defence counsel, Taiwo Akinsulie, agreed on the new date to enable the case to commence properly.
The claimant, fellow musician Ogbogiri Okey Levi, also known as Kraziecent, filed a civil suit accusing Odumodublvck of violently assaulting him at a public event in December 2024.
Kraziecent alleged that he was peacefully taking photos and videos when the rapper attacked him without provocation, causing emotional distress and damaging his iPhone 15 Pro Max.
He is seeking payment of medical expenses, N2 billion in damages, and a public apology to be issued across the defendant’s social media platforms and in two national newspapers.
