Glemad, an AI security research and products company, has launched a groundbreaking cybersecurity model. The system, called Autonomous Defence Transformers (ADT), autonomously detects and responds to cyber threats. Organizations are seeking faster, smarter ways to protect critical digital infrastructure in real time.
ADT differs from general AI systems by focusing solely on cybersecurity, not general tasks. It monitors networks, analyses activities, and acts immediately when threats are detected. Founder David Idris emphasized, “Defence must operate at the same speed as protected systems.”
The current version, ADT-4, uses persistent reasoning to understand normal activity patterns continuously. When deviations occur, ADT classifies threats, evaluates responses, and executes actions instantly. Access restrictions, process terminations, and attack isolations occur within milliseconds automatically All decisions are logged with traceable reasoning, allowing full audit capability for operators.
The system handles 45,000 security events per second, detecting threats in less than one minute. It resolves 95% of confirmed threats autonomously, with 97% classification accuracy. More than 680,000 digital assets are currently protected using ADT technology. PulseADT, Glemad’s enterprise platform, integrates ADT into existing infrastructure easily.
APIs allow organizations to embed the system’s capabilities into their own platforms. As cyberattacks rise across Africa, Nigerian firms experience the continent’s highest weekly attack volume.
