Furthermore, the insurer anticipates insurance revenue to reach N90.77bn. This growth will be driven by its diversified insurance portfolio. These include Property, Casualty, Life, and Health segments.
Despite rising costs, AXA Mansard remains focused on operational efficiency. It projects insurance service expenses to hit N62.84bn. However, it expects an insurance service result of N10.13bn.
Additionally, the firm plans to manage risks through reinsurance strategies. It estimates a net expense of N17.80bn from reinsurance contracts. This approach ensures stability in its underwriting operations.
Moreover, AXA Mansard expects N7.92bn from investment and other income. This will support its overall profitability and financial resilience.
On liquidity, the company forecasts a closing cash balance of N31.29bn. This reflects a decline from the opening balance of N39.85bn. The drop results from planned investment outflows of N7.53bn.
Nevertheless, the insurer remains optimistic about future growth opportunities. It continues to invest strategically to hedge against inflation. At the same time, it strengthens its market position in Nigeria.
