Authorities confirmed that the incident occurred in Ogun State, placing it outside Lagos jurisdiction. The survivor has been discharged from hospital, while relevant information has been forwarded to Ogun authorities for investigation.
The agency reiterated its commitment to supporting survivors and ensuring interagency collaboration for timely justice.
