The Nationwide League One (NLO) has approved the rescheduling of the replay match between Kano Ambassadors FC and Musa Musa FC following requests from the clubs due to the Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In a statement issued to relevant football associations, the league body said the fixture, initially scheduled for May 26, would now take place on May 31 at the Bwari Stadium in Abuja, with kick-off remaining 10 a.m.
The NLO said the decision was taken in recognition of the religious and cultural commitments of clubs, players, and officials participating in the competition.
League management noted that all relevant parties, including match officials and stadium authorities, had been informed to ensure smooth coordination of the fixture. Both teams were also directed to arrive with exactly 20 players and five officials.
The league wished the clubs and their supporters a peaceful Eid-el-Kabir celebration while commending their commitment to grassroots football development.
