The NDLEA has secured a court order for the interim forfeiture of 17 containers of illicit opioids worth over ₦33.6bn.
The drugs, seized at Onne Port, included Tramadol, Codeine syrup, and other substances.
NDLEA Chairman Buba Marwa described the move as a major blow to drug trafficking networks.
