Lagos State First Lady, Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, has called for stronger action against substance abuse among young people during an anti-drug awareness campaign at Caleb University, Imota.
The event, organised to mark the 2026 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, featured advocacy sessions, a campus walk and the launch of a student anti-drug club.
She urged students to make positive life choices and avoid drug abuse, stressing that addiction remains a major threat to education, productivity and national development.
