Kaduna-based GCSLC LTD/GTE has unveiled an ambitious industrial roadmap to transform Nigeria’s underutilised federal assets into a $1 billion export-driven bio-economy.
The initiative, projected to create 100,000 jobs for youths and women, aims to stabilise the North-West’s economy and security. It targets long-neglected federal biological and industrial institutions, converting them from budget drains into commercial, export-focused industrial complexes.
GCSLC’s 3R Framework, Reset, Restructure, Revitalise and its “Green Gold” strategy integrate biological resources, industrial processing, and global markets to reposition Nigeria as a bio-industrial powerhouse.
The blueprint was presented in a letter to President Bola Tinubu and Kaduna Governor Uba Sani, with the firm expressing readiness to collaborate with government authorities
