Babcock University is gearing up to host its 2026 Tech Week, highlighting innovation and collaboration. The annual programme aims to strengthen connections between students, academia, and industry leaders. This year’s event runs from March 22 to March 28, 2026.
Themed “Tethered: Connected Across Disciplines,” the programme promotes cross-sector collaboration. It brings together technology, finance, health, and other industries to solve real challenges. As a result, participants gain broader perspectives and practical insights.
The event is organised by the Babcock University Computer Club alongside key partners. These include Google Developer Groups, the Finance Students Association, and IEEE Babcock Chapter. Together, they aim to deliver a dynamic and impactful experience.
Throughout the week, attendees will engage in competitions, panel sessions, and networking opportunities. Notably, the Tethered Hackathon and Pitchathon offers a ₦10 million prize pool. Winners will receive significant rewards, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
