Fashi what you have read online, I want to know how you perceive things. I want you to understand how you think — not influenced by friends or the decisions of others.

What do you do when you’re in a pickle? How do you handle things?
Yesterday at work, there was a complaint from our HR team, one of my colleagues didn’t like her response and decided to “Tease her”, obviously, she didn’t like that and that caused a lot of back and forth. Now the rest of the team was left with deciding who overstepped and how things should have been handled.
One said, “We get our HR could be so dramatic but he wasn’t supposed to respond like that”, another said she started it “Don’t dish out what you can’t handle”. Obviously, the rest of the team went with the first opinion. He did overstep and she said nothing wrong, her manner of approach was all wrong.
After the back and forth, most started drifting to the second opinion, why? I asked – what’s your initial opinion on this matter? I asked.
You see how easy it is to be a voice, you see how easy it is to follow the crowd. Not just this example I stated, what about the government or religion? How gullible people are just to fit in.
There isn’t an issue if you perceive things the way others do, but ask yourself, who am I away from the crowd? How do I identify myself? Is this who I am or what I want others to see? What am I afraid of if I’m just me?
Maybe if we all see ourselves the way we want to, we will want to lean forward and take decisions for ourselves, we will learn to appreciate the things of life and learn to live in our shadow. And things will be a lot easier for all of you.

I want to know what you think, don’t just agree with me, give me details on how I can understand you and learn from you. (This is where I ask for your opinion)
