Euphoria360 Film Academy has been unveiled as part of a new creative hub offering professional services and training opportunities for filmmakers and other creative professionals.
The facility provides services including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading, visual effects, content distribution, equipment rentals, advertising, public relations and media consultancy.
The Euphoria360 Film Academy will also offer training, workshops, masterclasses, internships and networking opportunities for emerging creatives.
The filmmaker behind the project described its commissioning as the realisation of a long-held ambition and expressed appreciation to family, colleagues and supporters.
Veteran Yoruba actor Adebayo Salami, the filmmaker’s father, also expressed pride in the achievement, describing it as a reflection of his son’s hard work and commitment to the creative industry.
The commissioning attracted several prominent figures in Nollywood, including Dele Odule, Yemi Sodimu, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Odunlade Adekola and Kunle Afolayan.
The facility had previously served as a filming location for Davido’s “B4 B4” music video featuring Mayorkun and FOLA and has produced film projects centred on Nigerian stories and Yoruba cultural heritage.
