Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe laid her mother, Grace Abisola Owodunni, to rest over the weekend. The burial took place on November 28, 2025, in Lekki, Lagos. She set the date after announcing her mother’s passing in September.

During a Service of Songs, she led tributes and prayed for calmness and peace for her family. At the burial, friends, family, and several celebrities gathered to honour Grace Owodunni’s memory. Guests included entertainment figures, dignitaries, and well‑wishers who showed solidarity.
