The National Assembly has reopened the office of Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.
Her office in Suite 2.05 of the Senate Wing was unsealed on Tuesday morning by the Sergeant at Arms, assisted by security operatives.
Akpoti-Uduaghan was suspended in March for six months after protesting against the reassignment of her seat by Senate President Godswill Akpabio. Although her suspension officially ended in September 2025, she faced delays in resuming duties due to legal disputes and Senate resistance.
Just last week, she had formally written to notify the Senate of her readiness to return.
